International treaties governing transboundary hazardous waste are a result of the theory sustainable development. These conventions have developed over several decades but still lack authority one biggest exporters: United States. As forever chemicals like GenX become spotlight for future regulation, can these project framework to apply currently unregulated chemical that predominantly travels across Atlantic Ocean between Netherlands and States? This Article seeks various international laws market GenX, identify problems, propose solutions.
